“Great, at the kids’ table again!”

Tip #1 Don’t Clutter!

You want to see the tabletop. Runners are a great idea; tablecloths are a thing of the past.

Tip #2 Where do I sit? images-3

Place cards or other small name tags are a personal way of making your guests feel right at home.

Tip #3 Keep Center Pieces Low

There is nothing worse than having to bob and weave a center piece! Keep center pieces simple.

Tip #4 Who are you?

Tip #5 Matchy Matchy

Not everything has to match. Keeping a common thread of color throughout will be just enough to tie mis-matched items together.

Tip #6 Wait…where does this go?

Setting the table correctly is the least you can do as a good host!  Passing down etiquette is a thing of the past, so with Google at our fingertips, there is no reason to not set the table correctly.
