Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy | Interior Design Consultation Services I understand that sometimes plans change. To keep things fair, here's our straightforward cancellation policy: Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a phone session. If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show up, you'll be charged the full consultation fee. No refunds for canceled or missed sessions. Real emergencies are exceptions, and we'll work with you to find a solution. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and will make it right if we cause any scheduling issues.
